1. Don't Drive to Court on a Suspended License

This might seem like a no-brainer but if your license has been suspended, not driving is more than just a suggestion. If any law enforcement officials catch wind you are driving on a suspended license your troubles will be compounded. Secure a ride, take a cab, or have your attorney drive you to court.

2. Don't Dress Like Your Don't Care

The judge will be making decisions on your case, but if you look conservative and professional this can go a long way. It is important that you show up to court clear headed and looking like you had a good night's sleep. 4. Don't be Late

It is important that you respect the court and the judge's time. Being on time means getting to court early and being ready with your lawyer to present your case.
